Russell Reynolds Associates Appoints Chief Technology and Data Officer

November 4, 2025 – Global leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates has named Harpreet Khurana as chief technology and data officer. In his expanded role, Mr. Khurana will lead a unified technology organization that combines the firm’s information systems, digital and data, and AI efforts, reporting directly to CEO Constantine Alexandrakis.

Prior to RRA, Mr. Khurana served as an innovation partner at Salesforce, where he advised clients on digital transformation initiatives and emerging technology trends, providing him with extensive experience in guiding organizations through complex technological evolution.
