With a workforce of over 12,000 and 45 offices across the subcontinent, Bird Group’s portfolio also includes airport ground handling services. Its ground handling subsidiaries together form India’s largest private ground handling network, operating at 21 airports and handling more than 4,400 domestic and international flights each month.

Travel Services – Bird Travels
Bird Group currently serves as the exclusive representative for more than 34 international airlines, including VietJet, Finnair, EgyptAir, Nepal Airlines, and Jazeera Airways, acting as GSA/GSSA partners. Its comprehensive suite of services offers 360-degree airline support, covering market studies, entry strategy, revenue optimisation, sales and marketing, distribution, NDC/API connectivity, regulatory approvals, government liaison, contact centres, and ticketing support.
In the Middle East, Bird Travels’ arm, Bird Aero Services FZCO, has been appointed Passenger Sales Agent for VietJet Air and General Sales Agent for Thai VietJet Air. This year, Bird Travels was also named the UAE representative for Global Representación Turística (GRT).
Bird Delhi General Aviation
Certified under the International Standard for Business Aircraft Handlers (IS-BAH), Bird offers Fixed Base Operator (FBO) airside and landside services, regulatory and concierge support, and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
Bird Delhi General Aviation has also delivered India’s first dedicated General Aviation Terminal at IGI Airport, featuring a new apron spanning 800,000 sq ft, 57 dedicated aircraft parking bays, and modern passenger and logistics infrastructure.
Hospitality
The Group’s hotel portfolio under the Roseate Hotels & Resorts brand comprises a collection of luxury properties, including The Roseate New Delhi, Roseate House New Delhi, and The Roseate Ganges, Rishikesh in India. In the UK, the portfolio includes Roseate House London, The Roseate Reading, The Roseate Villa Bath, and The Roseate Edinburgh, with additional properties under development.
Reservation Data Maintenance (RDM)
RDM, a joint venture between Lufthansa Commercial Holding (LCH) and Bird Group, was founded in 1992. An ISO 9001:2015–certified, IT-enabled services and solutions provider, it is a recognised centre of excellence for the global travel and aviation industry. Its world-class back-office services are delivered from a 77,000 sq ft facility by a team of nearly 500 professionals.
Bird Technologies
Bird Technologies boasts an impressive portfolio of more than 18,000 retail clients, including leading airlines and online travel agencies. Supported by a team of 300 professionals, it delivers world-class services in digital commerce, data monetisation, insights, and customer experience, enabling over US$1.5 billion in travel transactions through e-commerce platforms.
Education
Bird Academy, the educational arm of Bird Group, has trained and developed over 100,000 students and professionals in the past 25 years. It has also provided free education to numerous underprivileged women, many of whom are now successfully employed and empowered. Bird Academy is an IATA-accredited Regional Training Partner (RTP).
Information Technology
Bird Information Systems (BIS) is a leading technology provider specialising in application development tailored to corporate requirements, maintenance of enterprise-critical systems, and end-to-end contact centre solutions. Its client portfolio includes global airlines, travel companies, online travel agencies, and e-commerce leaders, among others.
